Posture Perfect™ group classes consist of a full body warm up, general assessment of postural issues and introduction and practice of Posture Perfect™ techniques including floor/mat work, breathing, stretching and strengthening and at home practice tips to layer with each class.
Posture Perfect™ individual private training includes thorough head to toe evaluation of your individual posture issues, individual posture program created for your specific issues/goals and private access to your trainer for follow up in person or virtual sessions as you progress.
We understand sometimes "things happen". If you need to reschedule your Posture Perfect™ individual private training you will need to send an email request to reschedule within 24 hours of your "in-person" lesson, 12 hours to reschedule your virtual training.
We will work with you to develop a customized posture plan that fits your goals and abilities. We offer one-on-one and small group training sessions.

As we age, our bodies naturally lose muscle tone and strong bones. Dawn Wolf received her B.A from the University of Arizona and has been a member of the International Association for Dance Medicine & Science IADMS since 2012 with International Sports Science Association ISSA certifications in Youth Fitness Training, Senior Citizen training and Martial Arts training certifications. Ms. Wolf was the recipient of the 2008 Hermitage Ballet Teacher Scholarship in St. Petersburg, Russia, and attended Dance Open in 2010. A trained martial artist 3rd Dan, 2005 U.S Open Karate Tournament winner 1st place weapons and forms, 3rd in sparring, along with Battle of Atlanta and various other martial arts competitions. She is the creator of FUSION Ballet™, Dance Bod Fitness™ programs and Ballet Rocks® brand foot accessories and dancer fashion.
She continues her studies in dance physiotherapy under Lisa Howell, BPHTY and studies in kinesiology and the optimization of human movement. Dawn has been the founder/executive director and instructor of Ponte Vedra Ballet & Dance Company/Fusion Performing Arts Academy (founded 2003) for over 20 years and is the creator of Posture Perfect ™.
Originally from the suburbs outside of NYC began her passion for dance, the arts, and especially ballet at a young age. Studying all styles of dance, theatre and vocals, later training exclusively in classical ballet, on scholarship, in the Pre-Professional Trainee program the Joffrey Ballet NYC After an injury derailed her ballet career, she was able to utilize the techniques of posture, grace and balance into martial arts studies and the modeling industry. Ms. Wolf has worked in radio/ television commercials and movies as spokes model/actress in NYC and Miami and Milan, Italy. She later worked in the business industry as an executive for Loreal/Cosmair NYC and the Ad Team, Miami and Super Stock, Jacksonville, FL. Attention to proper posture assisted in her success and helped her project her confidence in many industries.
Ms. Wolf's dance students from her 20 year plus teaching have gone on to professional dance careers at Houston Ballet, received scholarships, admittance and graduation to some of the highest level Pre-Professional Ballet Conservatories and Universities around the nation, ABT in NYC, UNCSA, Houston Ballet, Dallas Ballet Conservatory, Kaatsbaan Summer Intensive, Miami City Ballet Summer Intensives, Bolshoi Ballet Intensives, Kirov Academy DC, Governors School, SC, Joffrey Ballet Chicago & NYC, Next Generation Ballet at Patel Conservatory, Princeton, Wake Forest University and more.
She has helped the athletic and new to fitness, moms and dads, teens to senior citizens with varying degrees of fitness to reach their posture goals. Dawn is excited to bring these posture techniques, which have been honed over 20 years through direct teaching experience, directly to you to improve your overall alignment, strength and well-being.
